『Tom on Ride』は、遊びを通じた世界とのつながりをテーマにしています。ここでいう「遊び」とは、体験や出会い、発見がある行動のことです。中でも、自転車は、遠くへ飛び出すきっかけをくれ、その過程での出会いや発見が、自分の世界を少しずつ広げてくれました。
これまで、チームづくりに関わる仕事を続けてきました。個々の能力や経験、それを支える仕組みは重要ですが、私が一番大切にしているのは、人と人が自然に心を開ける瞬間です。火を囲んで一緒にご飯を食べると、自然と素直になれて、相手の想いに触れられる。遊びには、互いを理解し合い、人と人との関係を深めてくれる力があると信じています。

By “play,” I mean actions that bring experiences, encounters, and discoveries.Among them, the bicycle has become a symbol of how I live.It gave me the courage to go farther, and through the people I met along the way, my world slowly grew wider.
In my professional life, I’ve worked on building teams and creating systems that help people work together.But what I value most is the moment when hearts naturally open—like when people gather around a fire, share a meal, and simply feel at ease.I believe that play has the power to bring people closer, helping us understand and connect with one another more deeply.
